How do I qualify for free shipping?
All US Orders are shipped free via USPS 1st Class Mail. We also offer 2 day express shipping for a flat fee of $19.95.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Our site utilizes a Secured Socket Layer Certificate to ensure confidence when shopping at ImpactforPurpose.com . All credit card information is encrypted and the information is verified through several security screens to ensure privacy. For further protection, all credit card information is processed through an automated system and is not available for view within our company database.
What is the policy of Impact for Purpose on animal testing?
At Impact for Purpose, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority, and the Founders are on the front lines of quality control in every aspect of Impact for Purpose. We worked closely and diligently with our lab who utilize the latest advances in non-animal safety testing and human volunteer testing to deliver products of the highest safety and quality to our consumers. We do not test our products on animals or ask others to test on our behalf, except where required by law. There are, however, still some countries that believe they need to conduct or require animal testing in order to validate the safety of ingredients or products. Impact for Purpose remains dedicated to the elimination of animal testing on all products worldwide.
When will I receive my order?
Impact for Purpose orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday). Shipments may experience brief delays during high volume periods, national holidays or inclement weather. USPS: Most orders shipped via USPS are delivered within 7-10 business days from order date. 2ND DAY SERVICE: 2nd Day orders have an expected delivery of 2-3 business days from order date. How long will it take to receive credit for my returned items? Return packages are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. The time it takes to post a credit to your account varies and is determined by the issuing bank.
What if I would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed?
Please contact us by email at impactforpurpose@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are able to accept international orders from Canada and the UK. The shipping fee for orders to the UK is $23.00; the shipping fee for orders shipping to Canada is $15.00. We do not offer express shipping options for international orders.

What is your return/exchange policy?
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Policies
Only full-sized products purchased on our website may be returned to Impact for Purpose for a refund under the conditions listed below. Samples are a final sale and may not be returned under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to the policy.
A full-size product may be returned within 30 days of purchase however refunds will not be given for any item that has been over-used.
Refunds will be given for the price of the products including sales tax as shown on the receipt, a copy of which must be enclosed upon return. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded unless a return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong product.
There are no exceptions made to the above-stated policies.
Return Process
Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser. Please follow the simple instructions below to send us your return. You will be notified by email when your return has been received.
- Contact Impact For Purpose by email to receive authorization to make a return. Carefully repack the items with a copy of the invoice, email address and a note explaining what you’re returning and why.
- If the original packaging isn’t available, use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. If a product is damaged in transit when returned, you won’t be eligible for a refund.
- If you’re returning an item from another country besides the US, you must describe the goods as “Used makeup – return”, and value at $0.05 Failure to do so may incur duties, taxes, brokerage fees and a disbursement bond fee for which you will be responsible.

US + International Returns
If you’re returning an item from outside the US, you must describe the goods as “Used makeup – return”, and value at $0.05 each. Failure to do so may incur duties, taxes, brokerage fees and a disbursement bond fee for which you will be responsible.
Refund Processing
If your return is accepted (i.e. not over-used), we will refund the purchase price to the credit card used to order the merchandise the price, including taxes but excluding shipping. It can take up to 30 days to process the return, credit your account and for the credit to appear on your credit card. Your return will be acknowledged by an email once received by Impact for Purpose.
We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Exchanges
At this time, Impact for Purpose doesn’t offer exchanges.
What if my product was damaged on delivery?
If damage occurred to the product in your shipment, please keep the box, the packing materials and the product(s) inside and contact us immediately at impactforpurpose@gmail.com
